Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences, and we're seeking like-minded individuals to join our mission. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Medical Receptionist, you'll be responsible for receiving and responding to incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others. You'll work collaboratively with our team to provide accurate and timely information, identify additional ways to serve our customers, and ensure their satisfaction. You'll also contribute to fostering an environment of continuous improvement and adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure the privacy and safety of our employee and patient information. **Responsibilities** * Receive and respond to incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others via phone, email, web portal, and other channels * Provide accurate and timely information to customers, utilizing the highest customer service and quality standards * Work collaboratively with our team to support one or more of our service delivery teams * Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers to identify additional ways to serve them and ensure their satisfaction * Contribute to fostering an environment of continuous improvement in business processes and services * Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure the privacy and safety of our employee and patient information * Operate office equipment such as multi-lined phones, printers, faxes, copiers, and scanners * Work independently and as part of a team, including accomplishing multiple tasks in an environment with interruptions **Requirements** * High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) * 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, call center, or related customer service experience (i.e., Healthcare, clinical, administrative, hospitality, retail, concierge, etc.) * 1 year of experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, electronic mail, and information systems or database programs * Knowledge of processes within one or more of the following functions desired (required for first round of hiring): Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle Customer Billing * Possess written and verbal communications skills to explain sensitive information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences, including non-medical people * Time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize assignments and work within standardized operating procedures and scientific methods to achieve objectives and meet deadlines * Requires the ability to work with and maintain confidential information * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including accomplishing multiple tasks in an environment with interruptions **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare or medical receptionist role * Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software systems * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong time management and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to maintain confidential information * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
