**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry and Performance Engineering Specialist – Flight Operations Optimization**

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date flight execution information, creating and managing SCAP modules, working with external vendors to maintain organization W&B and execution frameworks, and providing oversight of flight activities manuals and procedures. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development. **Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry and Performance Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date flight execution information, including obstacle information, OEI methodology, and MEL execution penalties * Creating and managing SCAP (Normalized PC Airplane Execution) modules and interfaces * Working with external vendors to maintain organization W&B and execution frameworks * Providing oversight of organization Flight Activities manuals and procedures * Supporting maintenance and flight activities in weight and balance undertakings * Creating and managing organization RNAV visual systems * Maintaining observation of organization route information bases and flight strategies * Liaising with flight team to identify ways to improve organization strategies * Using computer-based tools to analyze airplane performance for all phases of flight * Serving as SME for Health examinations * Aiding the execution of eco-friendliness measures and representation of Flight Activities in the Fuel Controlling Panel * Lending expertise to flight planning frameworks and offices * Modeling Allegiant's customer service guidelines in private activities and while providing guidance * Other duties as assigned **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A bachelor's degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering, Math, Physics, or a related technical field * A minimum of three (3) years of experience in airplane operational efficiency * Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and knowledge of C#, Visual C, Visual Basic, and FORTRAN * Understanding of 14 CFR Parts 25 and 121 Airplanes Execution Regulations and Requirements * Knowledge of A320/B737 family airplane weight and balance * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Experience in project management * Experience in overseeing external vendors * Understanding of airplane flight envelopes and abbreviations per FAA AC 120-27 * A pilot's license (desired) **Preferred Qualifications:** * A pilot's license * Experience in data analysis and interpretation * Knowledge of aircraft performance optimization software * Familiarity with Allegiant's operations and procedures **Work Environment:** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry and Performance Engineering Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
