As a Ground Operations Agent, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our operations and customer service teams to ensure that our flights run smoothly and efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Data Entry Executive – Ground Operations Agent, your key responsibilities will include: * Processing tickets, inspecting items, screening lightweight materials for size and quantity, and assigning seats * Providing information on appearance and flight times, loading procedures, compact rules, and visitor plans * Marshaling in the planes and pushing back the plane * Handling denied boarding conditions, requesting volunteers, re-accommodating clients, and providing housing, dining experience, and taxi vouchers when necessary * Assisting clients with unique requirements, such as clients who need assistance with loading and unloading heavy items and co-loading of various weights and perspectives to and from planes and airport terminal areas * Operating significant, motorized equipment/gear, including but not limited to, tugs, tractor trucks, belt loaders, sack trucks, push-back tractor vehicles, deicers, etc. * Maintaining safety and security efforts and screening security-sensitive areas Assurance FAA * Ensuring arenaflex airport rules are complied with * Performing various tasks as assigned **Essential Qualifications:** * A combination of Guidance and Experience will be considered * Must be eligible to work in the US as described by the Immigration and Nationality Act * Must pass a Background Check confirmation * High School Diploma or Equivalent (Optional) * At least one (1) year Customer Service experience in a similar or related field along with experience; Airline industry experience * Valid and Unexpired Driver's License * Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license * Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to understand and follow rules, requests, and security procedures, as well as to assist clients * Must be people-oriented, highly energetic with a positive and well-organized demeanor * Must be available to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and must be able to stay late for irregular assignments * Must be particularly neat and adhere to uniform dress code standards * Ability to work accurately under time constraints **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic computer skills; Knowledge of extensive office equipment * Must be willing to attend required training * Student: Continuous supply of work, you will remain in student status until successful completion of all valuable and created educational arrangements **Work Environment and Company Culture:** As a Ground Operations Agent at arenaflex, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a team of dedicated professionals.
