About the position
Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Communicate with customers through various channels including phone, email, and in-person
• Process transactions accurately, including cash handling
• Utilize office and computerized systems to input data and maintain records
• Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Proficient in phone etiquette and customer support techniques
• Familiarity with call center operations is a plus
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to analyze information and provide appropriate solutions
• Knowledge of client services principles and practices
