Key Responsibilities

Track leads, follow-ups, and property listings while ensuring timely communication with clients and stakeholders.

Coordinate appointments, virtual tours, and meetings with clients, agents, and partners.

Assist in preparing marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and social media updates related to property listings.

Generate and analyze reports to track lead progress, sales performance, and CRM activity.

• Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience working with real estate CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, or similar).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage sensitive client information with discretion and professionalism.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Support in the real estate industry.

Flexible remote work schedule.
