**Responsibilities**
As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Actively listening to and asking questions to identify customer needs and preferences
* Advising clients on plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure they make informed decisions
* Processing new and/or amended enrollments with accuracy and efficiency
* Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
* An active Personal Lines resident license to sell insurance
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to adapt to new technologies
* A passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic nature
* Ability to pass a background check and reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
**Nice-to-Haves**
* Bilingual in Spanish (preferred for higher pay rate)
