This position is essential to support the agency's growing digital marketing operations, specifically in managing paid advertising campaigns and SEO initiatives for their diverse client base. The role combines hands-on campaign management with detail-oriented SEO tasks, requiring someone who can maintain high standards of execution while following specific protocols and instructions. Tasks List Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Management • Manage and optimize arenaflex Ads campaigns • Execute Facebook and Instagram advertising strategies • Handle LinkedIn Ads campaigns • Assist in developing advertising strategies Search Engine Optimization (SEO) • Execute SEO tasks following detailed instructions • Perform administrative SEO-related activities • Follow specific protocols for repetitive optimization tasks Campaign Analysis & Reporting • Monitor campaign performance across platforms • Follow detailed reporting procedures • Maintain accurate documentation of activities Administrative Support • Assist team members with various tasks • Follow established processes and procedures • Maintain organized records of work completed Requirements • Proven experience managing arenaflex Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns • Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions with high accuracy • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and best practices • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and practices • Excellent English communication skills • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities • Ability to work independently while following established procedures • Professional attitude with good time management skills • WFH Set-Up: • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor, and up. • Internet speed of at least 40 MBPS • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam • Back-up computer and internet connection • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home What to expect...
