[Remote] AI + Automations Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Gym Reinforcements is a specialized marketing agency serving group training gyms across the United States. They are seeking a technically elite AI & Automation Specialist to take full ownership of their Concierge Agent Program, managing the tech stack for gym clients and continuously identifying opportunities to automate and improve operations. Responsibilities • Create new subaccounts for gym clients in GHL • Complete A2P/10DLC SMS verification for each new account • Build and configure client landing pages based on gym brand and offer • Set up pipelines, automations, tags, and contact workflows • Coordinate directly with gym owners to gather brand assets and campaign details • QA all subaccount configurations before going live • Set up and configure AI chatbots in AppointWise for each new gym client • Customize chatbot prompting to match the gym brand voice, offer, and target audience • Integrate the chatbot with the client GHL subaccount • Test all chatbot flows and ensure they route conversations correctly • Maintain and update chatbots as gym offers or messaging change • Connect each client GHL setup to the Hot Prospector dialer system • Configure lead routing so inbound leads flow correctly into the call center queue • Troubleshoot integration issues between GHL, AppointWise, and Hot Prospector • Ensure call center agents have correct data and lead context in Hot Prospector • Proactively identify repetitive tasks and inefficiencies across the business • Build and deploy automations using tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n • Document all automations built and maintain an automation registry • Propose AI-powered solutions for sales, fulfillment, and client communication workflows • Report findings and recommendations to leadership on a regular cadence • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the Concierge Agent Program • Train new hires from other departments on how the concierge program works during onboarding • Create and maintain Loom video walkthroughs of all major processes • Update training materials whenever tools or workflows change Skills • Strong background in GoHighLevel (everything is built here) • Must have experience with A2P verification, building landing pages in GHL and setting up new sub-accounts • Strong command of AI tools and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n) • Proficiency in building complex, multi-step workflows and integrations • Experience working in a marketing agency environment • Excellent written English communication for client coordination via Slack and email • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently • AppointWise or other AI chatbot platforms • Hot Prospector or similar dialer/CRM tools • Background in fitness industry or gym marketing (a plus, not required) Benefits • 100% remote work • Stable, long-term role in a fast-growing US-based agency • Work with cutting-edge AI and automation technology • Clear processes, documented systems, and a team culture that rewards performers • Paid time off / holidays • Competitive compensation based on experience and location Company Overview • We hire, recruit, and train high-level virtual assistants for your gym so you don't have to.
