Fractional HR/Recruiter for Construction Industry
Easton General Contractors LLC is a full-service general contracting firm in Easton, PA, focused on quality and client satisfaction in commercial and residential construction. We are scaling and need help finding top Estimators and Project Managers.
Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and post job ads on targeted channels
✔ Source candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals)
✔ Screen & qualify resumes
✔ Conduct pre-screen interviews
✔ Coordinate interviews with hiring team
✔ Support offers, reference checks, and onboarding
✔ Track hiring metrics
Required Experience:
✔ 5-10 Experience recruiting for construction roles (estimators, PMs)
✔ HR and recruiting tools — LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS experience
✔ Excellent screening and interview skills
✔ Strong communication
Engagement:
⚙ Contract / fractional: 10 hrs/mo, performance incentives considered
Goal: Hire 5-8 estimators & 4-6 project managers within 90 days
