[Remote] Temporary Customer Service Specialist - Direct to Consumer

They are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Specialist to provide expert product knowledge and support, manage customer inquiries, and assist with order administration.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert product knowledge and support across various customer interaction channels
- Manage customer inquiries through calls, social media, chat, and text, ensuring a positive experience
- Evaluate and track customer contacts to identify areas for improvement
- Assist with order administration including placing, tracking, and modifying orders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues effectively
Skills
- Available to work 40 hours a week from April 6, 2026, to August 28, 2026
- Associates degree or 1+ years of customer service experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Social Media
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a contact center or specialty run environment
- Exceptional typing skills (60 wpm) with accuracy in spelling and grammar
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills that foster trust and collaboration
- Demonstrated initiative and innovation in improving processes and products
