First Responder Protective Services (FRPS) is expanding its sales footprint and seeking motivated 1099 Contract Sales Executives to support growth in key markets across Texas (San Antonio, Houston, Austin, Laredo, El Paso, Corpus Christi) and Tennessee (Memphis, Nashville).
This is a commission-only, independent contractor role, not an employee position—ideal for driven sales professionals who value autonomy, flexibility, and performance-based earning potential.
Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and close new B2B security service opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
• Build strong relationships with commercial and industrial decision-makers
• Collaborate with FRPS leadership on proposals and pricing
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting
Qualifications
• Motivation, discipline, and a results-driven mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Comfort operating in a commission-only sales environment
• CRM or sales activity tracking experience preferred
• Prior B2B or security services experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation
• Commission-only with uncapped earning potential
• Paid on closed and collected NET revenue
• Compensation terms outlined in the Independent Contractor Agreement
Role Details
• Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Contract Term: Ongoing engagement governed by an Independent Contractor Agreement; either party may end the relationship in accordance with agreement terms
• Territory: Representatives are expected to reside in or have strong local knowledge of their assigned market (“boots on the ground”). While primary focus is regional, sales outside the assigned market are permitted
• Interview Process: Conducted virtually by FRPS leadership.
