You will also verify data for errors and inconsistencies, correct any discrepancies, and maintain data integrity and confidentiality. Additionally, you will prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Accurately inputting data from various sources into Excel and Microsoft Word * Verifying data for errors and inconsistencies and correcting any discrepancies * Maintaining data integrity and confidentiality * Preparing and sorting documents for data entry * Ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * High school diploma or equivalent * Proficient typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute (WPM) * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Prior data entry experience is a plus, but not required **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills and competencies: * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) * Strong attention to detail and accuracy **Preferred Qualifications** While prior data entry experience is not required, it is highly desirable.
