**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Banking and Finance Industry**

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Troubleshooting applications and proprietary systems via phone and chat, providing technical support to up to 2 clients simultaneously
* Documenting tickets clearly for 2nd line teams to resolve, ensuring seamless handovers and efficient issue resolution
* Participating in in-house technical training programs, backed up with real-time support from peers and subject matter experts
* Collaborating with global partners to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Prioritizing workload and multitasking to maintain focus on all areas of responsibility concurrently
* Consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and goals correlated with customer service and call/chat handling
* Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
**What We’re Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the Banking and Finance industry
* Excellent client care and customer service skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional experiences
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and multitask effectively
* Ability to work well in a team environment, building strong relationships with global partners and colleagues
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to clients in a clear and concise manner
* Ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals correlated with customer service and call/chat handling
* Experience with agent chat, technology call centers, and customer service software
**Compensation and Benefits**

* Hourly rate: $20-$22/hour, reflecting base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications
