**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Business Analyst at blithequark, your responsibilities will include:
* Collecting, summarizing, and analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
* Developing actionable recommendations to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement web and cloud applications that meet the evolving needs of our customers
* Maintaining a deep understanding of enterprise strategies and practices related to all aspects of Pharmacy & Retail Operations
* Providing complex analysis and evaluation of data to build a business case for system and operational changes, enhancements, and improvements
* Serving as a key point of contact for various projects to drive task execution and communicate relevant project information to stakeholders
* Collecting, analyzing, and providing recommendations on proposed applications to meet the business and strategic needs of Pharmacy & Retail Operations and the company
* Managing complex ad-hoc tasks and analyses as needed
* Planning, designing, and deploying suitable reviews and tools
* Collaborating with Pharmacy & Retail Operations, IT, legal and regulatory, system improvement teams, and others to develop operational solutions
* Coaching, mentoring, guiding, and providing oversight to less senior Business Analysts
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 1 year of experience with reading and reporting data to identify problems, trends, or exceptions to drive development of results and find solutions; OR, High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience with reading and reporting data to identify problems, trends, or exceptions to drive development of results and find solutions
* At least 1 year of experience querying databases (e.g., SQL, Golden, Business Objects, EDW, SAS, and/or SQL Server)
* Experience in identifying operational problems and recommending and implementing solutions to solve problems and challenges
* Experience in communicating the impact of business analysis results to business leaders
* Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word (e.g., placing headers, page breaks, page numbers, and tables, and/or adjusting table columns)
* Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using SUM function, placing borders, placing column width, placing charts, using text wrap, sorting, placing headers and footers, and/or print scaling)
* Intermediate level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., using a template, formatting individual spacing, placing a picture, converting slide format and template colors, including transitions, customizing slide numbers, converting chart format, and/or formatting font)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's Degree or MBA
* Bachelor's Degree
* Retail Pharmacy Experience
