**The Role**
As a Chatroom Operator – Humanized Conversational Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest industry standards for humanized conversations. When our AI isn't certain about a consumer's message, you and your teammates will step in to read, interpret, and categorize the response appropriately. Your accuracy is crucial, as your responses help train and improve our AI model.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Review and respond to inbound text messages using pre-set canned responses
* Enhance canned responses to add context and a human touch (e.g., if a user says they're sick, you might add: "Sorry to hear that!")
* Meet speed goals based on the complexity of interaction – No two interactions are the same. Finding the right balance between delivering high-quality support and efficiently managing conversation flow is essential to maintaining low wait times and minimizing backlog
* Maintain a high level of response quality, with all interactions evaluated using a 1-4 rating scale for accuracy and effectiveness
**What We're Looking For**
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
* Strong typing skills (no 'hunt and peck' typing)
* Excellent grammar, spelling, and logical reasoning skills (ability to understand user intent when messages contain typos, slang, or ambiguous phrasing, and respond appropriately based on context)
* Clear and professional written communication
* Reliable and responsible to adhere to a designated schedule
* Access to a stable and secure private internet connection (company computer provided)
**Compensation & Work Schedule**
* Pay: Up to $13/hour
* Part-time: Up to 28 hours per week
* Flexible shifts available (must commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week)
* Shifts range from 8 AM – 12 AM EST
* Work from home opportunity with remote training conducted via Zoom
