**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative-I, you'll play a critical role in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through timely, accurate, and professional follow-up and resolution to customer complaints, problems, issues, and general inquiries. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information in a timely and professional manner
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues

* Utilize revenue cycle functions and systems to resolve customer complaints and issues
* Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Stay up-to-date on revenue cycle functions, systems, and industry trends to provide expert-level support to customers
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Administration or related field
* Successful completion of blithequark's Trainee program
* At least one (1) year of experience and relevant knowledge of revenue cycle functions and systems working within a hospital or clinic environment, a health insurance company, managed care organization, or other healthcare financial service setting, performing medical claims processing, financial counseling, financial clearance, accounting, or customer service activities
