We're excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Guatemala. As an Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth of our 3P market in the USA, focusing on acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts for new products, fee pricing, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments/activities, and continuously monitor competitor efforts.
- Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
- Guide sellers through sharing best-practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues.
Primary Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Perfect candidates should have 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced sales environment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience in promoting nascent products/offers into new markets is strongly preferred.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning.
- Remarkable commercial acumen with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities.
- Comfort with complex financial data. Polished communication skills – speaking, writing, imparting, and negotiating.
- Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, comfortable with "hands-on" management of responsibilities, and demonstrated potential to manage multiple, competing priorities concurrently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus.
- 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
