About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and flexible Technical Operations Coordinator to join our Engineering Services Product Operations team. As a Technical Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting operational activities and improving efficiency to scale and meet growing infrastructure needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Product) to understand technology requirements and equipment specifications.
  • Analyze and source potential vendor quotes for technology products and services.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
  • Track and manage technology budgets and spending.
  • Maintain accurate records of all technology purchases and vendor contracts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, coordinate vendor onboarding, and act as level 1 support for partner accelerations.
  • Verify receipt of hardware at locations, manage spare stock, and implement RMA strategies.
  • Support multi-faceted knowledge of physical on-premises infrastructure and planning of services/products.
  • Apply professional-level technical expertise and judgment to provide non-routine technical support for data center operations.
  • Install, configure, and repair server and non-workstation hardware, software, systems, and other resources in a data center or other centralized computer network environment.
  • Maintain access control, data integrity, and file system security for the computer/data center environment.
  • Monitor, track, and record system performance and usage metrics.
  • Communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical staff, and recommend process, hardware, and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades, to improve data center efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience working with remote and global teams is a plus.
  • Experience in technical operations teams is a plus.
  • Project management experience that demonstrates the ability to organize, find solutions, and see projects through to a successful conclusion.
  • Must be highly skilled in written and oral communications and be able to create concise, meaningful, data-driven documents and presentations for leaders.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze data and statistics to support assumptions and evaluate results.
  • Demonstrated expertise in working in multi-functional organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in data entry, vendor management, and technical support.
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and processes.
  • Familiarity with data center operations and infrastructure planning.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The hiring range for this position is $73,400 to $98,400 per year, depending on the candidate's geographic location, work-related experience, skills, and education, among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be offered as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, subject to the level and position advertised.
