The role involves submitting original academic materials, collaborating with experts, and ensuring high standards of technical accuracy and clarity in content submissions. Responsibilities • Submit original, advanced academic materials developed during university coursework • Provide technically detailed content such as capstone projects, lab reports, simulations, design assignments, or code-based analyses • Deliver structured explanations for complex submissions, including design rationale, simulation logic, or code walkthroughs • Ensure all submitted materials are fully original and not publicly distributed • Collaborate with subject matter experts during content review and revise materials based on feedback • Participate in licensing agreements for accepted submissions • Maintain high standards of technical accuracy, clarity, and academic rigor Skills • Fresh graduates or alumni in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines • Demonstrated academic excellence in advanced coursework or capstone-level projects • Strong analytical thinking and ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly • Proficiency in English for documentation and collaboration • Experience with technical tools such as CAD software, SPICE, MATLAB, Jupyter Notebook, or equivalent engineering platforms • Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to producing polished, high-quality academic content • Willingness to license and share original academic work Company Overview • At Crossing Hurdles, we specialise in customised recruitment and staffing solutions designed to drive success for businesses and professionals.
