Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $130,000 – $155,000 per year • Bonus Eligible: Yes • Benefits: Full benefits package • Work Schedule: Flexible within EST hours • Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based) • Travel: Occasional only • Relocation: Not required Key Responsibilities • Architect end-to-end business process automation solutions using enterprise BPM/iBPPS platforms (Cora SeQuence, Appian, Pega, Bizagi, or Camunda), from discovery through deployment • Lead technical design sessions, translating complex business requirements into scalable architectural blueprints and detailed specifications • Integrate GenAI capabilities - including Azure OpenAI, OpenAI GPT, and Document Intelligence tools - directly into enterprise workflow solutions to unlock intelligent automation • Guide and mentor cross-functional development teams through code reviews, quality standards, and full solution lifecycle delivery • Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on architecture strategy, trade-offs, cost constraints, and time-to-market priorities • Identify and eliminate process inefficiencies through automation analysis, continuous improvement frameworks, and platform-native optimization • Own technical documentation including architecture diagrams, design specs, integration guides, and knowledge transfer materials Required Qualifications • 10+ years of progressive experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or equivalent senior enterprise IT role • Hands-on expertise with at least one leading BPM platform: Cora SeQuence, Appian, Pega, Bizagi, or Camunda - including workflow design, business rules engines, form management, and system integrations • Proficiency in C# / .NET, JavaScript, ASP.NET, and Microsoft SQL Server • Demonstrated Azure cloud architecture experience (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS patterns), including data governance, security, and large-scale integration • Strong integration experience with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM via APIs, Web Services, or WCF • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience Preferred Qualifications • Experience integrating Generative AI (GenAI) models - Azure OpenAI, OpenAI GPT-4, or Google Gemini - into BPM workflows for intelligent summarization, content generation, or conversational AI • Hands-on work with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platforms: Azure AI Document Intelligence, AWS Textract, or Google Cloud Document AI • Familiarity with RPA, Process Mining, or Machine Learning (ML) to enhance process automation pipelines • BPM platform certifications (Cora SeQuence Solution Architect, Appian, Pega) or Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert) • Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience in Agile / Scrum environments Work Environment & Culture Join a team of 110,000+ innovators operating with a startup spirit inside an enterprise powerhouse serving the world's biggest brands.
