Lead Generation, Lead Qualification – NSW Residential Real Estate
Job Description:
• Research homeowners considering selling in target suburbs
• Identify buyers, investors, and landlords through portals and databases
• Source leads via social media, CRM, open home lists, expired listings, and prospecting tools
• Execute outbound outreach (calls, email, SMS, LinkedIn)
• Assess readiness to buy, sell, or lease
• Capture key details: budget, timeline, suburb, finance status, motivation
• Score and prioritise hot and warm leads
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurturing
• Book listing presentations and property appraisals
• Schedule inspections and buyer consultations
• Provide detailed lead notes for agents
• Maintain accurate pipeline records
• Track lead activity and conversion metrics
• Prepare weekly performance reports
Requirements:
• 2–5+ years lead generation experience in Australian residential real estate (NSW preferred)
• Strong CRM experience (Agentbox, Rex, VaultRE, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
• Understanding of buyer/seller lifecycle
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• Comfortable working with KPIs and targets
• Preferred Experience supporting sales agents directly
• Experience with appraisal booking
• Knowledge of NSW suburbs and market trends
