Associate Business Systems Analyst :: Hybrid Job Position in Sunnyvale

Responsibilities: • Develop, manage, and continuously enhance comprehensive process documentation to ensure accuracy, standardization, and operational consistency across all relevant functions. • Conduct monthly audits to validate data integrity and ensure adherence to established processes, driving accountability and the effective execution of operational standards. • Manage end-to-end manual program uploads, ensuring accurate execution and clear communication with relevant teams. • Explore and implement AI and automation solutions to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual effort. • Effectively communicate and enforce said process changes and improvements to both upstream and downstream systems and partners. Basic Qualifications: • BA/BS degree • 2 years' experience in business analysis Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics, Client. • Experience with compensation tools such as Xactly is a plus. • Highly proficient in Excel, with experience using analytical and data analysis tools. • Foundational understanding of sales compensation frameworks. • Proficiency with various software applications, including but not limited to: MS Office, MS Visio, PowerBI. • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships across the organization. • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage multiple complex bodies of work in a fast-paced work environment. • Confident, self-aware team player open to receiving/providing feedback to peers and colleagues. • Ability to establish strong relationships across functional teams. • Ability to solve challenges creatively. • Experience working in an agile work environment.
