**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication, problem-solving, and product knowledge
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner

* Work closely with customers, business partners, and co-workers to provide timely and accurate solutions, support, and product information
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions

* Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements and new product ideas
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
* Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong PC skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
