Our team is small but mighty, and we're looking for someone who shares our values and passion for making a positive impact on the lives of actors and performers. **The Role** As our Customer Happiness Specialist, you'll be responsible for responding to incoming support tickets and messages, helping customers and subscribers with technical issues, product-related questions, and directing them to the right resources.
