Your primary responsibilities will include: - **Resolving Customer Issues**: You'll be responsible for calling customers to resolve issues related to orders or cart abandonment. Your goal will be to provide a positive and resolution-focused experience for our customers. - **Supplier Communication**: You'll also be responsible for contacting suppliers to follow up on order issues or product questions. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in building strong relationships with our suppliers. - **Supporting the E-commerce Manager**: You'll work closely with our e-commerce manager to handle communication tasks that require phone calls. Your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks will be essential in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. - **Process Improvements**: Occasionally, you'll have the opportunity to suggest process improvements related to customer recovery and communication. Your input will be invaluable in helping us to refine our processes and improve our customer experience. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: - **Organizational Skills**: You'll need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
