Our firm is seeking someone who can conduct a high volume of recruiting activities every day. Must be able to work well in a team environment. Must have the ability to create and maintain a functional home office (including a reliable Internet connection). There is a direct path for advancement.• Finding candidates through research, networking, referrals and the Internet • Pre-qualifying candidates and conducting a large number of phone interviews to evaluate skills, employment background and qualifications Initial hours & pay: 8:00 - 4:00 – Monday through Thursday (every Friday off) - extremely flexible work schedule (perfect for a working parent). $16 hourly pay + significant bonus opportunities. Strong retirement plan, vacation, sick days & holidays. • A supervisory / hiring background is extremely helpful.• Candidates must have 7+ years experience in recruiting, supervision and / or customer service.• Must have strong oral & written communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced setting.• Strong basic computer skills a must.• You must be self-driven and goal oriented.• Looking for candidates that live in upstate New York.
