CX Systems & Automation Designer

Design and implement systems and automation solutions to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
Analyze and understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
Utilize technical expertise and a deep understanding of CX principles to design and implement effective and efficient systems and automation processes.
Continuously monitor and analyze system performance and user feedback to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for systems and automation processes.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CX and technology to constantly improve and innovate our systems and processes.
Communicate updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, including leadership, and make recommendations for improvement.
Identify and troubleshoot issues with systems and automation processes, and implement timely and effective solutions.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work that meets business requirements and user needs.
Collaborate with the wider team to set and achieve goals related to customer experience and business growth.
Maintain a customer-centric mindset and continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience through systems and automation design.
Mentor and train team members on CX principles and technical skills related to systems and automation design.
Represent the company with a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.
