**Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering customer calls professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
* Focusing on customer retention and providing exceptional service to meet customer needs
* Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in accordance with our policies and procedures
* Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management and reporting on customer complaints and inquiries
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as required
* Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in our CRM system
* Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document customer complaints and inquiries
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual skills are a plus
* Some sales and customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Some experience with MS Excel is a plus
* Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
