We're proud to be part of a growing industry that values quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. **What We Do** At arenaflex, we proactively engage with our clients' website visitors, using live chat, phone, email, and other messaging channels to provide support and answer questions. Our clients operate in various industries, including automotive, fashion, IT, industrial, e-commerce, travel, and education. By outsourcing customer service to us, our clients can focus on their core activities, knowing that their customers are in good hands. **Why This Role is Critical** Our Customer Service Agents are the front line of our business, ensuring the continued success and growth of arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for generating leads, delivering exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our clients' customers. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. **About the Work** In this varied and versatile position, you'll be responsible for: * Answering customer questions about products and services * Cultivating interest in visitors to leave contact details * Conducting up to 3 chat conversations simultaneously * Answering incoming phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages * Consulting various systems to answer customer questions accurately and quickly * Entering contact details of leads into our systems **Flexibility** You'll work 40 hours a week, in shifts between 7 am and midnight Amsterdam time, 7 days a week. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, with the option to work from home. You must be available for at least 12 months and be willing to work during office hours for the first weeks of training and induction. **Your Duties and Responsibilities** * Be responsible for the care of our French-speaking customers, resolving issues, answering questions, and listening to their feedback * Work under the direction of a team leader to deliver results in lead generation and customer service * Serve small and large companies based on complexity and service level * Qualify leads and deliver excellent customer service through different means of communication **Daily Responsibilities** * Communicating with a range of customers – answering questions and generating leads * E-mailing leads and escalations to clients and processing refunds and returns in their ecommerce systems **Our Offer** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and innovative work environment that empowers our people to develop and grow alongside top talent. We believe that everyone deserves to feel they truly belong and can bring their most colorful selves to work every day. **Your Knowledge and Skills** We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual with: * Excellent spelling and grammar of the French language at least C1 level (we'll test this) * Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for consistently providing great customer experience * A customer-centric approach: you turn toward customers with empathy and understanding of their problems * Great listening skills: you can turn customers' feedback into product improvement suggestions * Adaptability: you're open to learning new things and are comfortable with being in an environment where a lot of experimenting takes place * Eagerness to develop: you're receptive to constructive feedback and you're keen to advance your skills * More than 300 keystrokes per minute, touch typing with a precision of at least 95% * Ability to multitask very well, conducting multiple chats simultaneously * Proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality * Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations * Ability to work towards a monthly goal * Strong demonstrable experience with the Internet and multiple software applications 'in the cloud' * Confidentiality when handling sensitive information (you'll have to sign a nondisclosure agreement) * Expertise in working independently and motivating yourself (important, because you'll work from home) * Access to a home workspace with a fast internet connection * Very flexible regarding working hours * Availability for at least a year * College level thinking **The Procedure** Our hiring process consists of the following steps: * Typing test * Language Test * Role-play via live chat * Job interview via Zoom with the director * Reference check If you're a highly motivated and skilled individual with a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!
