Asbestos Litigation Associate
The Merker Group is working with an Am Law 100 firm to find an attorney with experience in Asbestos Litigation. This role is 100% remote but the attorney must reside in Florida.
This firm is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of relevant experience. Compensation is competitive and billable hours are manageable. We have placed many attorneys into this firm across the country and have consistently received positive feedback.
• For attorneys with 10+ years of experience, the firm is open to a Counsel title.
Required Experience
• Experience with all stages of asbestos-specific litigation including all phases of discovery, taking and defending depositions, motion practice, and participating in court appearances.
• Prior Am Law 100, 200, or litigation boutique firm experience.
• J.D. and excellent academics.
• Active Florida Bar license.
