With a strong focus on customer success, we're committed to helping our clients achieve their innovation goals and create a culture of continuous improvement. **The Role** As a Customer Success Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be the technical expert on our Customer Success team. You'll work closely with our Customer Success Managers to understand our customers' needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our customers navigate the complexities of innovation management and ensure long-term success. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide post-sales support to our Customer Success team, Support team, and customers, ensuring seamless onboarding and issue resolution. * Create and manage tailored proof of concepts to transfer ownership to customers, demonstrating the value of our innovation management solutions. * Develop and deliver powerful situational product demonstrations, showcasing how our platform solves specific customer problems and validates our unique value proposition. * Operate as a subject matter expert in innovation management, providing technical guidance and support to our customers and internal teams. * Develop and deliver responses to customer inquiries, including RFPs, RFIs, InfoSec questionnaires, and initial solution discussions. * Seamlessly onboard new customers and expand existing clients at scale, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. * Enable our Customer Success team with training programs and tools, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support our customers. * Build and maintain demonstration environments, creating a seamless experience for our customers and internal teams. * Create and update product demonstration scripts, ensuring our messaging is clear and compelling. * Assist our product development team in testing new products, providing valuable feedback and insights. * Successfully match customer pain and functional requirements to proposed solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. * Effectively document and communicate customer needs to our Product team for future product enhancements. * Collect and document competitive intelligence, staying ahead of the competition and identifying new opportunities for growth. * Take on strategic projects that align with Customer Success and arenaflex objectives, driving business growth and innovation. **What You Need to Succeed** * A deep connection to our mission and values, with a passion for innovation and customer success. * A solid technical background, with understanding and/or hands-on experience in web technologies (CSS, HTML, JavaScript, RESTful API, SAML 2.0 SSO). * 2+ years of relevant experience in SaaS, B2B in a Sales Engineering position, or related role with proven skills. * Comfort in a dynamic atmosphere with a rapidly expanding customer base, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. * The ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner to both business and technical-minded individuals. * Analytical skills, with the ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. * Willingness to travel, with a flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs. * CSAT or NPS experience a plus, with a strong understanding of customer satisfaction metrics. * A BA/BS degree or equivalent, with a strong foundation in computer science, engineering, or a related field. **Background** Innovation at large companies is a mess.
