**Experienced Full Stack Data Architect – Voice of the Customer (VOC) Transformation and Innovation**

With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for driving the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer approach. This approach includes the design and programming of customer experience surveys, which include 40 studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. **The Role** As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for assisting the transformation and innovation of our VOC method, working closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology. Your primary objectives will be to: * Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs * Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform * Design and build robust data model architecture to support high-performing data processing and standardized metric definitions * Develop and deliver large-scale data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels * Provide guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing & builds automation tools * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency * Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up approach **Essential Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3 years * Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups * Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence solutions * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure * Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts and applications * Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or Docker **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
