Overview Employer Industry: Research and Technology Services Why consider this job opportunity • Salary up to $104,094.00 • Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization • Work with a diverse team of researchers and data scientists on impactful mental health projects • Contribute to projects that inform clinicians and policymakers about military mental health • Supportive and collaborative work environment What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Collaborate with researchers and data scientists to compile datasets for planned analyses • Conduct exploratory analyses and report key findings to inform studies • Manage requests and use of large military health datasets through secure virtual platforms • Develop standard operating procedures for research proposal and analytic plan development • Assist with the preparation of research publications, presentations, and reports What is Required (Qualifications) • Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Research Psychology, or a related field • Minimum of 2 years’ post-masters experience in psychological health research support • At least 2 years of experience with data management systems • At least 2 years of demonstrated competence with statistical software packages, including SAS • Advanced MS Excel skills with experience in managing and analyzing data How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • At least 4 years’ experience in military psychological health research support • Experience working with healthcare records or health-related data • Familiarity with the Department of Defense or other government agencies • Experience in developing strategies for process improvement #MentalHealthResearch #DataAnalysis #CareerOpportunity #CompetitivePay #SupportiveWorkEnvironment We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
