Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Travel Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry: Accurately input and update client and booking information into our CRM and booking systems, ensuring all data entries are complete, consistent, and adhere to company standards. Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and integrity, maintaining the highest level of data security and compliance.
  • Customer Service: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel preferences and requirements, providing personalized recommendations and advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, resolving issues in a fair and courteous manner.
  • Booking and Scheduling: Make reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services based on client preferences, coordinating itineraries and ensuring all bookings align with client schedules and budgetary considerations. Confirm bookings and send detailed itineraries to clients, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  • Destination Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and safety information for various destinations, offering insights and suggestions for travel experiences that match client interests. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the travel industry, including emerging trends and technologies.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions using our CRM system, processing payments and handling invoicing as needed. Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, supporting the smooth operation of the team.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar customer service role or within the travel industry, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English, with additional languages being a significant advantage in this role.
  • Proficiency in using booking platforms and CRM systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a customer-first mindset and a commitment to delivering personalized travel solutions.
