Support Solutions Engineer, Big Data (L5)

Develop and implement support solutions for complex technical challenges related to Big Data at Netflix
Collaborate with other members of the Big Data team to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends in order to continuously improve and optimize support processes
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to provide timely and accurate updates on support issues
Proactively identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvements to prevent future problems
Use a customer-focused approach to understand and address the needs of internal stakeholders and external customers
Document support processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in resolving issues
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and product, to identify and implement solutions for complex technical challenges
Mentor and support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the overall support capabilities of the team.
