Key Responsibilities
- Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions

- Build trust and rapport with customers, positioning solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
Work at Home Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps (no satellite)
- A quiet, secured workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions
- A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone
- Residency in Florida (please note that if you live in AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, MS, OK, SC, TX, UT, VA, or WY, you must apply through the state-specific requisition)

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:
