We are looking for Freelance CRM Specialists to join our growing network of digital marketing specialists. This role requires hands‑on experience with the Bloomreach CRM platform and will focus on delivering high‑quality CRM builds, automation, reporting, and insight across a range of client engagements. You’ll work closely with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to turn CRM data into actionable intelligence that drives customer engagement and performance. WHAT YOU’LL DO ul> • Build, manage, and optimise CRM emails, journeys, and automations using Bloomreach . • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting to measure CRM performance and support decision‑making. • Conduct CRM platform audits , assessing setup, data quality, and performance, and recommending improvements. • Translate marketing and business requirements into scalable CRM solutions. • Ensure CRM builds follow best practices, quality standards, and governance. • Support documentation of CRM processes, templates, and ways of working.WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Proven, hands‑on experience with Bloomreach CRM is essential . • Strong experience building CRM emails, automations, dashboards, and reports. • Solid understanding of CRM data structures, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing. • Experience working in CRM, marketing automation, or data intelligence roles. • Comfortable working with data to drive insight, optimisation, and performance. • Clear communicator, able to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
