[Remote] Valuation Director

The Valuation Director will be responsible for performing business valuations, analyzing financial statements, and preparing detailed USPAP-compliant reports. Responsibilities • Performing business valuations • Analyzing financial statements • Conducting industry benchmarking • Developing well-supported valuation approaches and methods • Preparing detailed USPAP-compliant reports and opinions of value Skills • 10+ Years' Experience in Business Valuation and USPAP is essential • ASA, CBA, CVA, ABV Certification required • Master degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field • Experienced in project and staff management • Strong Analytical Skills, valuation drivers, risk factors, customer relationships, product/service USP, SWOT • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and remotely • Appraisal of Intellectual Property a plus Company Overview • Access Value specializes in providing business valuations and financial advisory services to business owners and their professional advisors.
