Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator - Michels Energy Group, Inc.
Michels Energy Group, Inc. is dedicated to building and maintaining the nation’s energy infrastructure. The Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety standards through audits, training, and incident investigations while traveling to various project sites across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Perform job-site visitations
- Audits

- Emergency response
- Assist operations with compliance and communication of existing HSE programs
- Performing meetings
- Trainings
- New hire orientations
- Travel to projects across the United States
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a safety role
- 5 years of experience in the oil or gas industry
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work a flexible and varied work schedule, including nights and weekends
- Ability to travel up to 100% of the time across the United States
- Board of Certified Safety Professionals and/or Certified Utility Safety Professional credentialing (desired)
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish is preferred
