As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, helping customers with their queries, providing sales links, and offering discounts. As a Live Chat Agent, your main responsibilities will include:- Managing live chat interactions for numerous businesses, providing top-notch customer service, and answering customer queries
- Providing sales links and offering discounts to customers
- Working independently, managing your own time effectively, and staying motivated
- Close adherence to specified instructions and guidelines
- Developing strong communication skills, remaining responsive and prompt, and staying systematic in your work
- Regularly adapting and learning to stay updated on client services or products
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- The ability to work independently, manage your own time effectively, and stay motivated
- Close adherence to specified instructions and guidelines
- A minimum of a weekly availability of at least 5 hours
