A company is looking for an HR Support Specialist - Entry Level.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide data entry support for employee records and maintain digital files
• Assist with employee and candidate support, including onboarding and communication
• Perform general administrative duties and assist with payroll documentation
Required Qualifications
• 2-4 years of office or administrative experience with strong data entry skills, or recent college graduate with HR-related coursework
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
• No previous HR experience required
• A combination of education and experience may be considered
