We aim to create titles that help young readers develop skills, confidence and a deeper understanding of themselves and the world. Role: Teen Life Skills Writer We are looking for writers to create non-fiction books for teens on life skills and personal development. Topics may include: •Self-esteem and self-awareness • Time management and study habits • Emotional intelligence and relationships • Decision-making and problem-solving • Communication and social skills • Resilience, motivation and mindset Books should be practical, engaging and respectful of the teen perspective, with clear explanations, examples, exercises and tips. What We Offer • Strong editorial direction and clear outlines • Medium- to long-term collaboration possibilities • Fixed fee per project (no royalties on first projects) • Opportunity to create books that can genuinely help young readers What We Are Looking For • Excellent written English • Proven experience in non-fiction writing, especially self-help, psychology, education or youth-oriented content • Ability to explain complex ideas in a simple, concrete and relatable way • Sensitivity to teen challenges and realities • Education in Psychology, Education, Coaching, Communication, Literature or related fields is a strong plus • Reliability, respect for deadlines, and openness to feedback AI Usage AI can support research and structuring, but final content must be human-written and adapted to our target audience.
