Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat * Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively * Providing accurate information regarding products and services * Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions * Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays * High-speed internet connection and a distraction-free workspace * Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web browsing * Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
