Inside Sales Agent
National Real Estate Management Group is a rapidly growing full-service company looking for top talent in the investor market. They are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Agent responsible for acquisitions and dispositions of investment properties, serving as a subject matter expert and investment specialist.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, text
- Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale
- Utilize computer technology to research available properties, as well as customers
- Assist potential clients with financial decisions concerning real estate
- Resolve conflicts that arise during the purchase or sale of real estate property
- Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact to the closing and beyond
- Cold Calling
- Answering inbound sales calls
Skills
- Current real estate agent/broker license
- Strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality
- "Go getter" attitude
- Self-motivated, personable, and driven by personal achievement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in the real estate investment market
- Able to work 3 pm to 8 pm Monday - Friday and 10 am to 12 pm on Saturdays
