National Real Estate Management Group is a rapidly growing full-service company looking for top talent in the investor market. They are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Agent responsible for acquisitions and dispositions of investment properties, serving as a subject matter expert and investment specialist.


Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, text
  • Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale
  • Utilize computer technology to research available properties, as well as customers
  • Assist potential clients with financial decisions concerning real estate
  • Resolve conflicts that arise during the purchase or sale of real estate property
  • Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact to the closing and beyond
  • Cold Calling
  • Answering inbound sales calls

Skills

  • Current real estate agent/broker license
  • Strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality
  • "Go getter" attitude
  • Self-motivated, personable, and driven by personal achievement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in the real estate investment market
  • Able to work 3 pm to 8 pm Monday - Friday and 10 am to 12 pm on Saturdays
