Consumer Loan Processor I - II

The Consumer Loan Processor role provides support and guidance in consumer lending, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing loan applications and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provides consumer lending support and guidance to internal teams, non-members, and 3rd party companies, aligning with Westerra Experience service initiatives
• Gathers loan-specific details and documentation from members or partners
• Reviews final loan details, payment methods, closing options, loan documents, and funding
• Offers guidance to other departments on lending matters
• Ensures accuracy, timeliness, and follow-up in processing loan applications

Skills

• 0-1 year experience in customer service
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
• Notary certification, or ability to obtain
• 2 years of similar or related experience
• Basic knowledge of consumer lending regulations
• Understanding of consumer lending regulations
