About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide work planning support to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Act as a liaison between Client Warranty Specialists and the Body Shop, facilitating communication and resolving issues
  • Coordinate vehicle appearance arrangements, including twist and CCC organization appearances
  • Communicate with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing timely updates on their vehicle's status
  • Arrange rental coordination and handoff, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients
  • Manage vehicle announcements, material and supplies reordering, and repair survey and delivery

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Crash Repair or a related discipline. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Office is an asset, and you should be comfortable working in a crash shop climate.

  • Professional certification in Crash Repair or a related field
