Business Development Account Executive
Fora Financial is a technology-enabled provider of flexible financing to small and medium-sized businesses. The Business Development Account Executive will manage inbound leads, qualify potential partners, and ensure efficient onboarding while maintaining relationships to drive revenue.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads (no cold calling), qualify, and conduct due diligence on potential partners who want to onboard
- Identify clients with a strong fit and pursue via research and creative outreach
- Onboard and train new partners with our system and workflow
- Review new partner applications, follow-up to ensure that all new partners are on-boarded efficiently and conduct our screening process
- Follow up with on-going deals and assist in closing deals with partners
- Manage daily submissions to drive revenue by establishing, managing, and maintaining a relationship with business partners
- Relentlessly improve your knowledge of the industry and Fora’s funding process
Skills
- Industry experience involving sales or business development
- Demonstrate a solid sense of priority with a partner first mentality
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
- Self-starter who has a desire to learn and grow with a track record of success; drive for achievement
- Ability to work independently and multi-task without supervision
- Bachelor's Degree
- Comfortable in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Knowledge in Salesforce/HubSpot/other lead gen tools is a plus
