You'll lead a team of professionals, driving strategy, and business impact in a dynamic environment. This role requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record in driving strategy and business impact in a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities** ### Strategic Systems Thinker * Understand and document the entire Customer Relationship Management and adjacent systems workflow & architecture. * Understand stakeholder asks and their proposed solutions and discern their underlying need. * Identify specific solutions opportunities to drive improvements that increase scalability. * Develop strategy and roadmap to serve stakeholder needs and improve our CRM & data architecture and workflows. ### Product/Service Development * Develop and maintain Objectives and Key Results, project plans, schedules, and status updates that effectively engage stakeholders and executives. * Perform data/system investigation and implementation work. * Collaborate with the Data infrastructure team to ensure quality, reliable, and compliant CRM and data system. ### Executive Partnership & Communication * Forge trusted partnerships with stakeholders across various departments, from Marketing to Sales/Support to Product. * Communicate roadmap, strategic decisions, and results to diverse audiences, ranging from team members to executives influence investment and progress. * Drive collaboration and coordination across teams and perspectives to ensure alignment on product management and release, including tradeoffs, adjustments, and improvements as feasible. **Qualifications** ### Required Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development * OR equivalent experience. * 4+ years people management experience. * 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. ### Other Requirements * Ability to meet arenaflex, customer, and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: + arenaflex Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the arenaflex Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. ### Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development * OR equivalent experience. * 4+ years people management experience. * 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects in a global organization of 500+ employees * 2+ years of experience in managing a CRM or equivalent internal tools **Technical Program Management M5** The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.
