Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Hybrid/Flexible schedule to work remotely in the office and from home) Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Work with hiring managers to identify the best talent for our team. • Craft compelling job descriptions that showcase our amazing company culture and attract top candidates. • Be a talent scout and identify the best candidates for our team. • Connect with candidates in-person or virtually and help them discover their dream job. • Share the good news with new hires by sharing offer details • Keep track of the entire recruitment process through our state-of-the-art Applicant Tracking System Preferred Job Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of leadership, as well as external candidates • Highly self-motivated, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines Minimum Job Qualifications : • 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S. • Stable work history with good references from past employers • Pass a drug screen, and background check. • PSC is a veteran-friendly company. Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
