Product Manager, Agentforce for Supply Chain, App Gen

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, empowering companies to drive customer success through innovation. The Product Manager for Agentforce in Supply Chain will focus on using AI to enhance application generation and streamline complex business processes on a unified platform.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy and roadmap for AI application generation on the Agentforce for Supply Chain platform
• Collaborate with engineering & AI research teams to scope, prioritize and drive feature specifications
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to adoption, including requirements with prioritized features, corresponding justification, and success metrics
• Engage with customers, stakeholders, and partners to deliver roadmap updates, get product feedback, and identify additional challenges and opportunities
• Research and understand industry trends and competition in Generative AI
• Represent Salesforce as a domain and product expert at customer interactions, industry and corporate events, and community sites and social media

Skills

• 1-3 years of Product Management experience
• Data-driven mindset for defining metrics/experiments and using data to inform decision making
• Deep intuition for capabilities and limitation of LLMs and AI in general. This can be from hand on experience with AI-powered tools, previous work experience, or educational coursework
• Good understanding of AI landscape and trends
• Experience working in and delivering customer-facing products or services in an agile/lean environment
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in the sales cycle, and handling sensitive, critical issues
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
• A related technical degree required
• Knowledge of Generative AI evaluation and testing approaches
• Experience driving deep collaborations within the company and with external partners and customers
